This page provides access to the guidance documents/videos for practice users of the GP In-Hours Activity dashboard. The dashboard is available to all practices to provide a view of their own activity data. The dashboard is being rolled out from April 2023 with support from local GPIT facilitators, after previously being piloted with a group of 22 practices in September 2022.
Which practice data are being used within the in-practice dashboard?
• the date of each encounter;
• the type of each encounter; and
• the HCP role of the member of staff that recorded the encounter.

The dashboard provides different breakdowns of practice data, including by HCP role. If required, the below note provides instruction on how to setup and amend user roles within the EMIS system to ensure staff reflected are correct.
